The project HEB SW 010 09 “Medical Waste Management Pilot Project in Southern West Bank
Governorates” has been funded by the Italian Government-Italian General Consulate in Jerusalem through the Palestinian Municipalities Support Program (PMSP) and through the Ministry of Local Government and co-funded by Regione Emilia Romagna, NEXUS Emilia Romagna, Azienda Unità Sanitaria Locale di Ferrara and Autorità di Ambito Territoriale Ottimale di Ferrara.

The Joint Service Council for Solid Waste Management of Hebron and Bethlehem is seeking to appoint the following positions to work for the PMSP Project No HEB SW 010 09 under the following conditions :-

Job title : Administration Assistance

1-Duties and Responsibilities :-
-Assist the Technical Coordinator in the daily office activities .
-Support the technical team of the project.
-Print and archive the needed documents for the project
-Arrange for the meetings and conferences related to the project.

2-Qualifications :-
-Minimum degree of B.Sc in Business Administration or related fields.
-Minimum of two years experience in similar works.
-Experience in the area of Hebron and Bethlehem Governorates.
-Experience in using computers.
-Excellent English Language (reading and writing)
-Capability to work in team

3- Duration of the contract : 14 months.

The application form can be filled at the JSC- H&B offices located at Hebron – Al – Haras – Al-
Haras Building – 6th floor from 8:00 Am - 2: 00 Pm supported with the needed documents . The
application forms should be submitted on or before July, 26, 2012.
