Job Title: Administration & Finance Officer
Location: The head quarter of the Palestine Red Cresent Society - Al Bireh
Duration: 6 months contract and possible renewal
Reoprt to: Spanish Red Cross Delegate
Job Summary: Perform & follow up all financial & administration tasks are related to the Spanish
Red Cross projects and delegation.
The Administration & Finance Officer will be Resposibile for:
-Maintenance of bank records, perform bank reconciliation and deal with the bank on all financial matters.
-Follow up of financial reports and conduct required auditing activities.
-Preparation of periodical financial reports as required.
-Performance of general duties including logistics tasks, translation of documents and communication.
-Performance of other administrative and financial duties as assigned by Delegate.

Required Skills and Experience
Education:
-Bachelor Degree in Finance or relevant fields, with minimum three years work experience with international NGO’s.
Functional Competencies
-Excellent command in English and Arabic languages (written and spoken).
-Excellent computer literacy skills especially in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet.
-Ability to work flexibly and to tight deadlines.
Personal Competencies
-Ability to perform independently and deliver under pressure;
-Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities
-Good Knowledge in using computerized accounting programs
