“Open Regional Fund Programme MENA (ORF-MENA)”
is looking for a part-time

“Open Regional Fund Programme MENA (ORF-MENA)”
is looking for a part-time
“Administrative Assistant”
who shall support the ORF Programme activities and staff comprehensively.
Responsibilities and tasks include but are not limited to:
-Purchases of office equipment and supplies within set value limits
-Management of the petty cash box
-Preparation of bookkeeping vouchers for processing in GIZ accountancy system
-Preparation of the annual inventory
-Management of the programme´s filing system
-Handling of incoming calls and information requests
-Running errands, e.g. paying invoices, delivering and collecting documents
-Photocopies as requested
-Compilation of relevant documents for the management of consultancy contracts
-Providing visitors with all the necessary information for their inbound travel
-Arranging accommodation for arriving visitors, short-term and long-term experts
-Booking of tickets for domestic and international travel for the programme´s staff
-Reservations of hotels, rental cars etc. and registering of event participation for the programme´s staff
-Organisation and coordination of logistical aspects of the preparation, holding and documenting of meetings, workshops, seminars and other events
-Liaise with the Amman office of the ORF Programme.
Minimum qualifications:
-College or University degree (B.A in Business Administration, Accounting or a relevant field).
-Fluency in Arabic, excellent command of English; German is an asset.
-Excellent computer skills.
-Flexibility, excellent organizational skills.
-Excellent communication skills, verbal and writing.
-Ability and willingness to learn quickly and take on increasing responsibilities.
Starting date: Expected starting date November 15th, 2011
