Administrative Assistant
Mena Investment Co. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team
Job Description
-General office management, including but not limited to devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
-Handling phone calls and inquiries.
-Organizing and maintaining calendars and making appointments.
-Handling incoming email, faxes, and post, and corresponding on behalf of senior management.
-Meeting and greeting visitors.
-Arranging travel and accommodations for senior management.
-Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
-Follow up attendance and leaves of MENA staff members.
Qualifications
-B.A degree Business Administration or any related field.
-Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
-Language proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
-Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Effective at multi-tasking with a “can do” attitude.
