Administrative Assistant
AL-Quds Elevators Co. for Lifts & Escalators is currently seeking a highly qualified Administrative Assistant for our Procurement Department at Al-Quds elevators headquarters in Al-Bireh.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Procurement and Stock Department in order to ensure accurate, dfficient and organized information processing.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and organize filing system for the Procurement and Stock Department.
-Prepare purchase orders
- Update procurement database and vendor price list
- Keep vendor information current
- Search for pricing and contact information of vendors
- Maintain correspondence with vendors
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
- An Ideal Candidate should be BA at least with specialization in Business Administration
- Ability to use independent judgment in completing activities under general supervisioin
- Fluency in oral and written English is essential
- Proficiency in computer software applications (Word, Excel,etc ...)
- Ability to work in a team.
