A leading automotive company based on Ramallah is looking for applications to fill the position of Administrative Assistant under the following conditions:
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary: The objective of the role is to provide administrative supportive to the showroom and aftersales center by fulfilling duties that include: managing incoming and outgoing phone calls, receiving visitors, and fulfilling administrative tasks to ensure smooth flow of operations.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors
- Attending to incoming calls and takes written messages.
- Managing outgoing calls to customers and clients
- Booking appointments
- Communicating with different departments and coordinating administrative tasks between them
- Receiving all incoming faxes and insuring the proper distribution, paying particular attention to copies of the same fax as indicated by the sender
- Providing administrative support to all related departments
Required skills:
- Well spoken, diplomatic and presentable
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Attention to details
- Good communication skills
- Team work
- Ability to work under pressure
