Position Definition
Responsible for keeping the program running smoothly by conducting daily administrative tasks. Providing administrative support to team members throughout the planning and implementation of the program.
Roles and responsibilities
- Perform the daily administrative tasks.
- Liaise with AlNayzak organization team.
- Provide administrative support to the direct manager.
- Responsible for arranging internal meeting logistics.
- Coordinate between different parties.
- Research and deliver reports.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related fields.
- At least one-year relevant work experience, preferably in a Local/ International NGO.
- Experience in administrative and logistics work.
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Resident of Jerusalem / Jerusalemite ID holder.
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent attention to details; strong organizational skills.
- Good personal, communication and team coordination skills.
- Excellent organization and time management.
- management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills.
