Education:
- Bachelors in Business Administration/ Accounting
Experience:
- Five years' experience in Administrative or relevant work;
- Previous office-based, secretarial, or customer-facing work experience is essential
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Firm;
- Answer and direct phone calls;
- Manages Calendar to organize and schedule appointments;
- Schedules meetings and supports visitors;
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.;
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms;
- Manages and orders office supplies;
- Logistic support;
- Assists Managers and Support Staff.
Required Skills
Fluent in Arabic and English is required;
- Experience in using Microsoft Office;
- Inter-personal and time management skills;
- Communication and Interpersonal skills;
- Organizational skills.
