Administrative Assistant

CHF International- LGF is seeking qualified candidates to assume the following position:
Administrative Assistant - Location: Ramallah. Duration: 12 months renewable
Responsibilities include: Working in the main office.
He/She will:
-Coordinate training logistics and dates,
-Organize all logistics for events, workshops, seminars such as distribution of invitations, preparation of materials, drafting agendas, transportation, procurements, equipment, hotel reservations etc,
-Prepare summary reports on events, workshops, seminars and compile participant evaluations into summary reports,
-Coordinate with all staff in the field,
-Take minutes of meetings,
-Assisting the finance team in the procurement process by preparing the purchase requests, verbal and written quotes and receipts as needed,
-Assist in drafting progress and technical reports,
-Draft correspondence for senior managerial and technical staff (including
-short memorandums, reports, letters etc),
-Translate short documents as needed,
-Coordinate and schedule meetings as requested,
-Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and faxes,
-Greet office visitors, and manage phone switchboard,
-Coordinate use of conference room facilities,
-Coordinate all logistics such as hotel reservations and transportation for visitors from CHF HQ, and/or expatriate consultants,
-Manage Petty Cash,
-Assume other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
-Excellent English written and spoken;
-University degree in English or Business Administration;
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration;
-Excellent Microsoft Office skills; and
-Good organization skills.
