Job Title: Administrative Assistant and Office Manager
Overview:
A leading consulting services Palestinian law firm is offering a wide range of legal and advisory expertise to clients across different sectors and countries. Since its establishment, the firm’s legal team has continued to grow to a current total of 40 attorneys and consultants.
Responsibilities:
The Firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work full-time in it's headquarter in Ramallah for the following responsibilities.
-Office Management of the Firm's Director.
-Provide operational and administrative assistance to Director and staff.
-Perform other duties requested by the Director.
-Organize meetings and special events.
-Categorize correspondence and draft responses as necessary and instructed.
-Organize meetings and responsible for administrative arrangements as needed.
-Create and administer archiving system and manage the files.
-Maintain a database of current and potential clients and partners.
-Take meeting minutes and keep meeting minutes on record when asked for.
-Support the receptionist.
-Assist in monitoring schedules and time tables in cooperation with the Firm's Director.
-Assist in preparing administrative and progress reports related to work
-Responsible for office logistics.
-Liaise with the Firm's Senior Partners regarding all administrative and financial matters.
Qualifications
-Relevant university degree or equivalent.
-At least 2 past administrative or office management experience.
-Strong oral and written communication skills including Computer and IT skills.
-Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
-To work diplomatically and maintain confidentiality
-Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
-Management and Leadership.
-Team-building skills, conflict resolution skills, work with energy and positive, constructive attitude.
-Build strong relationships with clients and external partners.
-Remain calm, in control and good humored even under pressure.
-Communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the Firm.
-Strong communication skills.
-Computer proficiency, specifically working with Microsoft Office Suite.
