CHF International is a non-profit international development organization acting as a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low and moderate-income communities around the world, helping them to improve their social, economic, and environmental conditions. With funding provided by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), CHF International in the West Bank and Gaza is seeking to recruit a number of highly organized, dynamic, motivated and qualified individuals to assume the following positions:

Administrative Clerk – Ramallah/Al-Bireh


Responsibilities:
under the supervision of the Director of Procurement Compliance this position will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Procurement Compliance Department in setting and implementing the department’s administrative system, including completingreviewtrack the procurement initiation sheets, and other documents, completes standard forms, drafts corresponds and maintains files; typing correspondence and reports, building and following up the procurement compliance fillingarchiving system.
Scanning and copying of official documents, Back-up electronic files using adopted procedures
Code and file material according to the established procedures, support the data entry to the procurement compliance databases. Follow-up and prepare of vendor’s qualification, applications, gather the vendors’ documentation, and build efficient archiving system. Update of the rosters of vendors. Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail. Prepares and keeps up-to-date relevant documentation and records of procurement activities, follow-upHanding over and record documents to stakeholders. Preparation, follow-up and archiving the Vetting requests
Verifies and prepares related reports and statistics; in addition to any additional related
assigned by the supervisor.

Key qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, MIS or any other relevant field; a minimum of one year experience; strong organizational, communication and Administrative writing skills; good communication and inter-personal skills including analytical skills; Willingness and quick ability to learn, loyalty and care to work confidentiality , ability to multi-task, while remaining calm and professional; excellent command of computer programs such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; reliability, discretion and punctuality; ability to work with people and all levels and in a multi-cultural environment; ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines; Good command of both English and Arabic are required.
