South African Representative Office is hiring an Administrative Clerk in Ramallah.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs Secretarial duties,
  • Support the maintenance of Mission accounts, 
  • Control of stock, inventories and purchases,
  • Assists in the preparation of annual estimates of expenditure, budget maintenance and inventory controls.
  • Renders administrative support to Mission Committees as and when required, and 
  • Ensures service delivery in accordance with the principles of Batho Pele.

متطلبات الوظيفة
  • A minimum of 12 years' schooling is required PLUS 3 years' experience as an Administrative Clerk or Accountant with administrative experience, 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, 
  • Familiarity with office organisation and optimisation of techniques, 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Englis, Arabic and Hebrew language,
  • Kindly note that, confirmation of your appointment is subject to a valid police clearance from the Palestinian and Israeli Authorities, and if required, a medical examination.
