The Gaza Community Mental health Programme-GCMHP is a non-governmental non- profit association rendering community mental health services, conducts studies and research on different psychosocial phenomena, and designs and implements training programs for mental health professionals. GCMHP would like to announce for the following positions:
 
Administrator –Local ( 3 Posts)
Primary responsibility: To execute all administrative, financial and project management activities in coordination with Heads of departments and under the supervision of Administrator-Head/Community Centre Manager.
 

Knowledge and experience:
-Holds a BA Degree preferably in Business Administration or related field.
-Has at least 5 years experience in relevant field.
-Has strong leadership and managment capability.
-Possess negotiation and conflict management skills.
-Very Good English and Arabic Language skills.
-has essential computer skills (especially accounting packages).

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1-Works Under the supervision of Administrator-Head/Community Centre Manager and in coordination with Heads of Departments.
2-Facilitates procurment of goods and services including day-to-day procurement and maintenance, Furniture, IT equipment, telephone/communication, transportation and other equipment and supplies.
3-Maintains inventory of office property including fixed assests, equipment, furniture, office supplies... etc.
4-Monitors the code of conduct, cleanliness and decorum of the office premises including working rooms, toilets, parking and areas surrounding office building.
5-Supervises and directs administrative and support staff under the supervision of Administrator-Head/community center manager and in coordination with Human Resource Department.
6-Implements proper financial controls on petty cash and expenditures under the superviosn of Administrator-Head/community center manager with coordination with Department of Finance. 
7-Helps identify unique local resources, prioritizes parcels for acquisition, and sets goals and criteria.
8-Assures compliance with rules and regulations detailed in GCMHP Policies and Procedures Manual. 
9-Follows up all projects action plans, reporting, ensures project personnel meet donor / partner requirements for timely technical and financial reporting.

Employment/Contracting:
  One year with possible extension, the first three months is a probationary period.
