Administritive Officer
ASALA for Credit & Development company is looking for an Administritive Officer for its Rmallah headquarter office
Job Summary :
Admin Officer will be responsible for facilitating, maintaining documents , and coordinating with all departments with highest confidentiality.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Reports directly to the Executive Director
-Provide secretarial and administrative support for entirety of Asala’s company including ; typing, minute taking, filing, data input, maintenance and management of information as required.
-Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
-Receive, sort and deliver mail to corresponding departments.
-Prepare( organize)all meeting logistics.
-Prepare letters and documents as needed.
-Responsible for developing an archaiving system for Asala’s Company.
-Welcome guests and clients and answer their inquirers & help them understand ASALA’s mission & policies ( products) when needed.
-Help the Executive Director in all Administrative paper work, appointments, and other related work.
-Responsible for daily posts to all applicable social media outlets, and partnering with other departments to ensure proper online messaging and relevancy).
-Tracking social media influence mesurements.
-Receive, sort, acquire necessary signatures, and deliver mail and correspondence to Asala's company and board of directors and other interested parties as needed Assist in administrative duties including filing, copying, and correspondence
-Coordinate all travel arrangements for the company staff and BoD ; research and make flights booking , hotel and rental car reservations in accordance with company policies and to obtain most economical and efficient travel arrangements .
-Follow on the cleanliness of the office and maintenance for all the office equipment & utilities.
-Directs a wide variety of office support services for the different departments as needed.
-Ensure a proper follow-up on administrative files.
-Be discreet in the gathering and use of confidential information.
-Update and submit monthly administrative reports.
-Performs other administrative or office duties as required or as assigned by director.
Qualifications& skills required:
1-A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or marketing.
2-2-3 years of experience preferably in similler field.
3-Excellent oral and written skills in English and Arabic.
4-Excellent computer skills.
5-Higly organaized .
6-Reliable, open-minded, a positive attitude, and excellent in time management.
7-Willingness to improve skills and knowledge.
8-Having a Valid driving license.
