World Vision Jerusalem-West Bank-Gaza is seeking a:

The successful candidate will:
Work with the community to assess needs and design projects accordingly
Write the ADP Planning/Design Documents and set Annual Plans/targets
Ensure implementation of planned activities
Submit high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to WV
Manage the Area Development Program Office and staff
Qualifications/Requirements
-Bachelor degree in development studies or related field. MA preferred
-Minimum of 5 years> experience in rural development work, preferably with an INGO
-Excellent command of English language (spoken and written)
-Good understanding of financial management
-Consistent Achiever – ensures high level of quality and service

-Compelling Communicator – ensures verbal/written communication is clear

-Willingness to travel throughout the WB with occasional international travel
-Cross-cultural understanding and ability to interface with int’l donors
-Humility and ability to work and communicate at grass-roots level
-Thorough knowledge of MS Office
-Honesty and strong identification with WV Core Values
-Ability to be based in Hebron
