Spark Media is the agent for AVAZ Company (Avaz.com), is seeking affiliate account manager to join the affiliate marketing department, excellent working environment, good salary, two days off, promotion of position.

Job description:

-Searching suitable affiliate partners to deal with.
-Ability to negotiate and develop track of results.
-Maintain the existing affiliate process.
-Analyze the results.
-Maintain profitability of affiliate campaigns.

Requirements:

-High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment.
-Experience in affiliate management.
-Business development skills.
-Able to handle stressful situations.
-To be able to carry out responsibilities of affiliate process highly.
-Highly level of English practice and computer skills.
-Experience in sales performance is preferred.
-Highly performance marketing as self-motivated, team leader qualified.
-Excellent and strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Multiple languages is an advantages.

Responsibilities:

-Analyze performance and unique improvement to meet affiliates.
-Provide support to affiliates and provide solutions on time by understand clients needs.
-Sustain affiliate relationships through optional customer service.
-Recruit, Research and negotiate others to maintain the deal.
-Maintain the ability of affiliate campaigns.
