Location: Ramallah

Major Responsibilities:

-Manage workshop and after sales team,
-Train and coach Workshop and After Sales team;
-Attain Customer Satisfaction Performance Objectives;
-Complete regular administrative responsibilities including: daily, weekly and monthly reports;
-Link the Workshop and after sales team to the Management and sales dept

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-More than three years of experience in Vehicle After Sales management;
-Expertise in Vehicle technical issues;
-Self-motivated and disciplined;
-Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English); French is a plus
-Excellent organizational skills;
-Excellent time management skills;
-Courteous and Professional;
-Ability to work under pressure,
-Ability to work as a team member .
- Valid driver license
