After Sales Manager/Engineer

The Arab Palestinian Investment Company (APIC), one of the largest and most successful employers in Palestine, is looking to fill important vacant positions in its subsidiary Palestine Automobile Company (PAC) for an exciting new business venture.

PAC, founded in 1996, is one of the longest established and leading car sales and service companies in Palestine.

PAC is looking for talented individuals to fill its full-time vacant position below. The position will be based in Ramallah.

Major Responsibilities:
Manage workshop and after sales team; Train and coach Workshop and After Sales team; Attain Customer Satisfaction Performance Objectives; Complete regular administrative responsibilities including: daily, weekly and monthly reports;

Desired Skills & Experience:
More than five years of experience Vehicle After Sales management; Expertise in Vehicle technical issues; Self-motivated and disciplined; Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English); Excellent organizational skills; Excellent time management skills; Courteous and Professional; Strong computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Required Education:
Engineering Bachelor’s degree
