Name of the organization: Palestinian Agricultural Cooperatives Union
Position: Agricultural Advisory Consultant
Position Station: Ramallah, with continuous fieldwork in West Bank
Duration: Depend on Consultant plan of delivering the tasks and responsibilities.

Agricultural Cooperatives Union-Palestine (PACE) is implementing project 'Enhancing Framework of
Cooperatives among Agricultural Cooperatives in Palestine" in partnership with We Effect. PACUis a
seeking a highly qualified Agricultural advisory consultant to work with the union and its Cooperatives  members in West Bank according to the following criteria:

Tasks and ResponsThilifies

  - Provide technical assistance to cooperatives and their member farmers on applying Good
    Agricultural Practices (GAP) and quality standards.
  - Follow up and provide technical support on applying GAP and eco-friendly solutions techniques.
  - Follow up t th the cooperatives by applying for and obtaining agricultural certificates.

Qualifications:
  - University degree in Agriculture or equivalent experience.
  - Knowledge in Good Agricultural Practices or Global Gap system.
  - Trained on quality management system or internal QMS audit.

Skills and Competencies:
 
  - Leadership and negotiation skills.
  - Excellent communication, facilitation and listening skills
  -  Excellent report writing skills and proficiency in English Language.
