Reach Digital Hub (RDH) is seeking a full-time AI Specialist based on the following requirements and Responsibilities:

Job Main Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing AI algorithms and models for various applications such as natural language processing, image recognition, and decision-making using Python programming language.
• Testing and validating AI models using data sets and benchmarks to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
• Integrating AI systems into existing products and services and ensuring seamless operation and user experience.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Conducting research and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in AI technology and industry-specific applications.
• Ensuring that AI systems are designed and developed in a responsible and ethical manner, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Developing software applications and tools to support AI development and deployment.
• Building and maintaining AI systems infrastructure such as data pipelines and model serving platforms.
• Conducting performance analysis and optimization of AI systems for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Participating in the development and implementation of AI governance policies and procedures.
• Contributing to the development of a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Communicating complex AI concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentoring and coaching junior AI developers and team members.

Job Requirements (Your Profile):

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
• Proven experience in designing and developing AI algorithms and models for various applications such as natural language processing, image recognition, and decision-making.
• Proficiency in programming languages Python is a must.
• Experience in using AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles, statistical models, and data science techniques.
• Should have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
