Analysis Manager
As a top-level contributor to Hulul's Software Research and Development team,the System Engineering Manager acts as a technical and business advisor for Hulul's products.These products include Financial ,Utility Billing ,Mobile Sales and Billing Human Resource Systems,Document Archiving ,CRM,ERP,and other WEB-Based Applications.He/she will be responsible to identify customer and business needs and match them to Hulul's product,and translate them to software requirements.

Duties and Responsibilties :
1-Interface with local sales,marketing ,engineering and planning.
2-Cheif duties consist of contributing specific technical expertise to the process of development  and specification of new product.
3-Enhancing existing products or product line(s),and supporting existing products for customers.
4-Process the technical expertise ,business acumen,and initiative to identify new opportunities and match those opportunities to Hulul's capabilities.
5-Working cooperatively with all parties involved,the System Engineering Manager will acheive high qualilty product development ,while ensuring a satisfying customer experience.
6-Integral part of the reporting process,keeping management informed of the opportunities.
7-Excellent written and verbal communication skills,as well as aptitude to understand and interpert technical data,information and documents.
8-Will have the ability to analyze and solve problems,while applying professional technical concepts in order to fulfill customer requirements.
9-Ability to initiate ,develops,and strengthens relationships at decision-making senior levels;internally to Hulul's ,and with customers and other third parties is a key to this position.

Qualifications & Experience :
1-Minimum BSCS,MSCS is preferred.
2-The candidate must have five years experience in software analysis ,design and development
3-Hands on business solutions and product development engineering experience with an emphasison ERP and ERP systems.
4-Able to translate customers buisness requirements to software requirements
5- Be a self-starter and sekf motivator and possess an aggressive ,"can do" attitude.
