Architect Engineer

In cooperation with ,Palestinian Municipalities Support Program, the Consortium composed by the Municipalities of Agliana,Quarrata,Serravalla Pistoiese andProvince of Pistoia, the Center for Cultural Heritage Preservation and Beit Sahour Municipality the Project of Rehabilitation of Dar Al-Schomaly Complex to be used as a Guest House in Beit Sahour ( BET CH 057 11 )will be carried out.
For this purpose, Beit Sahour Municipality is seeking to appoint an Architect in its Engineering and PR Department as part of the program goals to enhance the municipality capacity in cultural heritage preservation.

Candidates to this vacancy shall have the following minimum academic and professional qualifications:
-University degree in architectural (Proven Cultural Heritage interest and background is favorable).
-Good mediation, coordination, and PR skills.
-Good written/spoken English skills.
-Computer Literate (Photoshop, Microsoft Office)
-Excellent with CAD standards, CAD practices.
-Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
-The Architect main responsibilities include:
-Basic tasks and responsibilities of a design architect.
-Preparing architectural designs and specifications in cooperation and under the guidance of the municipality and the CCHP.
-Preparing project reports and office papers.
-Assisting in construction supervision works.
-Working under the directions of the Head of the PR & Project Department.
