Assessment and Design Officer

To Assist and support in the assessment of new Area Development Program (ADP) in the villages of Tulkarem area; and support the design in the selected cluster areas according to World Vision standards and procedures and contribute to the Ministry of WVJWG.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Bachelor's degree in development, management or relevant subject.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in development work, needs assessment or related field
• Good English language skills (spoken and written)
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent understanding of the development context in the OPT
• Good knowledge of the rural areas in Tulkarem villages
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to communicate information effectively and coach others
• Commitment to achieving quality results and service
• Ability to think clearly, deeply, and broadly
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and maintain a positive approach
• Solid time-management skills, including ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Integrity and a strong commitment to the mission, ethos, and core values of World Vision.
• Driving license.
• Willingness to be flexible with hours when necessary and able to travel often in the field.
