Profile
-Proven track record of building & managing successful corporate relationships from different industries
-Well experienced in the various operations of the bank
-Management experience and team building abilities

Main duties and responsibilities
-Manage and expand the corporate portfolio by solidifying existing corporate relationships and tapping into new accounts
-Manage the daily operations of the branch: Payments, Clearing, Accounting and Administration, PMA Reporting, IT, etc
-Lead the daily activities of the Cash andTelter Functions
-Coordinate all PMA and External Audit reporting and requirements.
-Develop and motivate the branch team towards the achievements of the strategic and operating objectives/profitability
-Achieve branch sales targets & service qua ity standards
-Optimize the potential value of the customer base by delivering wealth management products and services and enhance the quality of the customer experience over our counters

Job Requirements:

Education
-University degree in Business Administration / Finance / or any related field from a reputable university

Experience & Skills
-Min. 5 years experience in banking, 3 of which in Corporate/Commercial Credit
-Fluent in English & Arabic
-Strong sales & service orientation
-Excellent communication & negotiation skills
-High problem solving and decision making skills
-Work Location: Ramallah
-Eligible to live, work and travel in the West Bank (Jerusalem is a plus)
