During 2011. Grand Park Hotel has undergone a unique transition in terms of the services and facilities available to its guests. The hotel's management has been trying to keep up with the latest trends in the hospitality business and provide its guests with the highest levels of comfort. The hotel is fully owned by Amaar Real Estate Group, Palestinian Investment Fund's real estate investment arm.
 
Assistant Front Office Manager
Qualifications and experience:

Ensure that the reception team demonstrate the highest standards of guest care and welcome on front desk.
Ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery.

The candidates must have:
-Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. .   
-University graduate.
-Excellent spoken English.
-Ability to communicate with the senior management.
-Strong leadership skills, strong initiator, honesty & reliability.
-Customer service oriented and have passion for the hospitality industry.
-Outgoing, meticulous, matured and an organized personality.
