High School Diploma is required 

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field from an accredited university 

A relevant combination of academic credentials and/or industry certifications and qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the university education. 

6 years (depending on academic credentials)  of working experience supervising the implementation of water and wastewater projects including wastewater treatment plants construction and commissioning

2 years of relevant experience is required for applicants with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.

Experience in similar water/wastewater infrastructure projects is highly desirable

Relevant experience in concrete structure construction supervision is highly desirable

Excellent skills in MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD is highly desirable

Work Experience with an international Organization and/or UN Agencies is an asset

Competent in construction management/supervision of sanitation projects, resolving site problems, communication and documentation is highly desirable

Experience in construction standards in Palestine is required

Valid driving license is an asset
