Audio and Video Pre-Sales Engineer

In-depth understanding of products and systems to design a solution.

Plans roadmap to drive solution releases through customer interaction, market research and competitive analysis in collaboration with sales team.

Works closely with the team to guide the design and pricing for customer’s offers.

Develop and tracks business metrics for products across market segments and geographies.

Ensures achieving quotas with partners, vendors and systems.

Monitors the product life cycle, stock and new trends.

Defines the product strategy and roadmap.

Develops the core positioning and messaging for the product.

Prepare financial offers with compliant and cost effective designs.

Delivers a quarterly revenue forecast.

Develop and designs technical offers and product information / specification.

Briefs and trains the sales force about new products, lessons learnt and customers’ issues.

Develops solutions and monitors new technologies, partners and competition.

Collects products and market updates.

Arranges ordering and forecasting with the procurement department.

Performs other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor

متطلبات الوظيفة

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.

3-5 years of work experience in the ICT Industry.

A strong understanding of Customer and Market dynamics and requirements.

CCNA and Microsoft certification is a plus.
