We are looking for an efficient automation business analyst with a hard-working attitude to support our data processing activities out of our existing Ramallah office.

For this unique automation business analyst role, our expectations are listed below.

Responsibilities:

Understand standardization process of financial data.
Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on research including interviewing analysts on the business side and collecting quantitative data
Responsible for streamlining the development of unstructured financial data.
Design scalable data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse or other systems.
Conceptualize ETL processes to ensure data quality and consistency across various data sources.
Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems and End-to-end project execution to support the internal processes.
Facilitate evaluation of external solution vendors to assess their risks, benefits and impacts.
Conceptualize, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models in production environments, working with data scientists and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and performance.
Coordinate communication across departments with various stakeholders.
Assist product team in data product testing from a data engineering perspective.
Propose solutions to an organization’s leaders, document roadmap and keeping them updated with progress
Run workshops and training sessions and support for the teams affected by new systems and processes

متطلبات الوظيفة

Requirements:

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, or a related field
Very good level of English skills (written and oral), German a plus.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills (Six-Sigma, Scrum etc.)
Experiences with handling scaled data sets and practical know-how's in data related topics
Practical understanding of ML frameworks, libraries and packages
Quantitative mind and analytical character, interested in financial data and passionate about getting insights behind
Working understanding of database domain knowledge, e.g. SQL queries, DB models, schema, and properties.
Working proficiency in Python a big plus
3+ years of experience in the areas of financial data engineering or analysis.
Experience in handling MS Office apps, especially Excel.
Ability to efficiently coordinate and communicate information from internal stakeholders and customers.
