Job Description

We are currently seeking talented Backend Developers with 1-2 years of experience in Python. The ideal candidates will have experience in developing high-quality backend systems and a strong understanding of database technologies, particularly MariaDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL. Specific experience with Django, Flask, and Odoo is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems.
• Write clean, manageable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with other software systems.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in backend development.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  1-2 years of experience in backend development (Python and JavaScript are a must).
• Solid understanding of MariaDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with the development team and business stakeholders.

Prefered

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Understanding of server-side templating languages.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) for effective team collaboration.
