Masrouji Group was established in the year 1959 in Jerusalem as a trade and import company for Pharmaceutical, Beauty, and Baby Care products. This modest operation has grown over the years to become one of the leading trading and investment corporations in Palestine and the wider Middle East regions, and has been distinguished for its emphasis on ethical business practices and an appreciation for opportunity.
Masrouji Group is seeking a highly qualified Beauty Sales Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales team.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales team to study the development within the market and set the required tactics.
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Manages recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets and enhance the brand image and awareness.
- Monitor stock availability vs. plan and ensure that it is in line with the forecast and evolving with the set limits of rolling forecast.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Oversees and follows up the process of Issuing invoices on the ERP system.
- Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
- Handling of product technical complaints and other market complains and communicating them to Deputy Manager and Quality Assurance.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments / agencies for QA related functions.
- In conjunction with the Regional Brand Manager, be responsible for ensuring the full implementation of the marketing strategies.
- Follows-up on the implementation of the Brand strategy, including pricing
- Analyze the market trends and identify opportunities to target.
- Works together with the Marketing & Education heads to forecast existing lines, novelties and promotional items
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related sciences, preferably a master’s degree in Business Administration
- A minimum of 8 years’ successful previous experience in sales and marketing operations
- A sound background in statistics
- Committed to continuous education through workshops and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Strong analytical and financial skills with attention to detail and follow-through
