Bethlehem Media Center is a non-profit non-governmental audio-visual production center, part of the Diyar Consortium, that aims to use media as a powerful tool to educate, advocate, empower, express, and raise awareness.

Main tasks include:
1-Manage all operations of the Bethlehem Media Center, including marketing and financial
management.
2-Manage the production projects and services, facilities and studios, equipments and inventory,
and human resources of Bethlehem Media Center.
3-Design, initiate and manage production of high quality media projects and programs (including
documentary and fiction films, television shows, educational materials, social marketing, and
animation), and insure their cost-effective successful implementation and completion according
to deadlines.
4-Oversee the different units at the Bethlehem Media Center to insure smooth operation, professional services, timely product, up-to-date technologies, and web presence.
5-Maintain relations and collaborations, and develop networks with related local and international
organizations and individuals.
6-Fundraising, proposal writing, budget allocation, reporting, and ensuring the financial sustainability and growth of the Bethlehem Media Center.

Required qualifications:
-A Masters degree in Management and/or Mass Communication / Media is preferred
-At least 3 years experience in managing non-profit projects
-At least 3 knowledge and experience in audio-visual production
-The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
-The ability to move multiple units, projects, and tasks along simultaneously
-Proficiency in both Arabic and English
-Verbal and written communication and networking skills
