BIM Engineer (Architectural)

We are seeking motivated and talented Junior Engineers with a minimum of 2 years of experience and with engineering degree to join our dynamic BIM department. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining the BIM processes for mega residential, commercial, infrastructural, and industrial construction projects. Ensuring compliance to the BIM modeling guidelines, procedures, standards, and QA/QC processes. The candidates will collaborate with cross teams (estimators, planners, etc.) to accurately deliver projects using BIM technologies.

Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 2+ year of experience in Architectural engineering Design and Construction system (experience in construction would be desirable)
• Proficiency in BIM software Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD programs is must
• Additional software skills such as Dynamo, Sketchup, Rhino is highly preferred
• Strong IT skills, highly proficient in data analysis and reporting including Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with CDE platform and Programming skills in VBA is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Utilize BIM Authoring systems for developing and manipulating BIM models
• Uploading and maintaining models on the CDE
• Running the clash detection to identify clashes within the model
• Reviewing / analyzing the clash results. Collaborating with project teams to resolve the clashes.
• Generating various BIM deliverables for the project teams, such as:
  • Extracting of Quantities and Material Take-offs reports
  • Extracting Drawings
• Generating visualizations and assist with presentations.
