Key Technical Qualifications:

-BA degree in Mechanical , Electrical or Construction
-A maximum of 3 years of professional experience with MEP construction systems, construction drawings; preparation and production experience
-MUST demonstrate proficiency in using Revit MEP
-The following skills are considered as asset:
a.Ability to use Navisworks program
b.Knowledge in BIM
c.Programming skills in VBA is a plus
d.Autodesk BIM 360 or Dynamo Studio is a plus.

-Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects. and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines
-Strong Communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
-The following skills are considered as asset:

-Readiness and ability to relocate and work abroad
-Excellent English skills in writing, reading and speaking
-Concern for quality, team leadership and managerial skills are crucial
