Biomedical Engineer

One of the leading companies in Palestine in the field of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment located in Ramallah is seeking to hire the following vacancy at the Medical Equipment Department :

Job Title: Biomedical Engineer

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering / or related technical experience

Experience: 1-2 years’ experience

Languages: Fluent in English & Arabic

1. Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of the medical and technical specification
2. Experience with ERP and CRM systems
3. Computer skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office Package, particularly Excel and Word
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Organizational skills

Duties

1. Prepare, analysis and follow up of medical equipment tenders
2. Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements
3. Management of filing system in accordance with the Office regulations and standard operating procedures
4. Data entry and processes follow up
5. Follow up and management of purchase/Sales orders
6. Arranging logistics for internal and external meetings
7. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
8. Administer travel arrangements and related tasks.  
9. Perform sales analysis
10. Stocks reporting and providing input on purchasing forecasts and plans
11. Follow up and coordination of aging reports and collection with the finance department
12. Log information on sales enquiries received, maintain detailed records
13. Respond to and follow up of Service calls
14. Perform periodic inventory checks
