Job Requirements    

-BA in Computer System Engineering or Computer Science or any related field.
-Minimum 5 years of technical/functional experience in Oracle E-Business R12 modules GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, PO, Sub ledger accounting, and Grants Accounting.
-Strong knowledge in system administration activities such as user and responsibility setup, menus, request groups, concurrent managers, value sets, flex fields and experience in systems integration and interfaces.
-Expertise in Procure to Pay and Order to Cash business processes and functionalities.
-Strong technical skills to troubleshoot issues and provide support efficiently.
-Experience in various development and reporting tools like SQL and PL/SQL, XML/BI Publisher, and Oracle Reports.
-Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills and experience working within a team environment.
-Demonstrated communication, presentation, and written skills.

Job Duties:    

-    Provide support to Finance users for technical and functional issues in a timely manner
-    Monitor and improve system processes to ascertain reliability of operations, and accuracy of data posting.
-    Create and customize reports using Oracle Reports and XML Publisher based on users’ need
-    Maintain the General Ledger, including chart of accounts, control accounts reconciliation, and period-end closing procedures in collaboration with finance officers and auditors.
-    Interact with Finance users to understand their business needs, and train them on new applications and processes enhancement
-    Control application security and users permissions
-    Work with Oracle Support to resolve issues and apply maintenance.
-    Review existing processes and technical solutions and identify improvements
-    Perform new application testing, system integration, and user acceptance}
