Sales & Marketing Manager
Bisan Systems Ltd., the market leader in accounting and financial management systems in Palestine, has an immediate, full-time career opening, based at its Ramallah headquarters for a Sales & Marketing Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales life cycle to ensure visibility into and predictability of the
lead-to-close process
- Develop sales plan and follow-up on implementation with sales representatives
- Develop and implement marketing plan
- Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales budgets
- Promotes and maintains a high-quality, professional, service-oriented culture among
the sales team
- Negotiate sales and support contracts with clients
- After sales client satisfaction follow-up
- Manages the team’s workload and schedules to ensure optimal service delivery
- Timely and positive resolution of escalated sales-related issues
- Develop streamlined reporting methods and regularly prepares department reports
- This role requires approximately 25% travel
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent
- A minimum of 3-7 years real sales experience selling products or services, IT industry is a plus
- Knowledge of accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, word, excel, and power point
- Outgoing, assertive and highly persuasive communicator
- Well developed skills in prospecting and closing
- Ability to manage a team while also being hands-on
- Above average command of the English language
- Ensuring the highest levels of professionalism
- Jerusalem ID is a plus, but not mandatory
