Branch Manager

Ryada, a microfinance program that operates in the Palestinian Territories seeks to hire a Branch Manager in its office in Hebron City.
Role: Oversee the operations of the branch office including outreach, loan disbursement and repayment client follow-up, ensure achievement of branch targets and supervise staff.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the branch operations and ensure Ryada policies and procedures are followed.
-Help set credit and financial performance targets.
-Meet branch credit and financial performance targets including ensuring branch profitability.
-Monitor and evaluate branch staff performance
-Coordinate with Operations Manager and Main Office for smooth functioning of the branch.
-Manage delinquent clients and exceptional issues arising in the branch.
-Review loan applications for eligibility, accuracy, completion and reasonableness
-Participate in the loan committee meetings; approve loans up to $3000.
-Oversee development and implementation of marketing activities and materials in branch in coordination with Operations Manager.
-Prepare branch related reports.
-Participate in the recruitment, hiring and training of the branch team.
-Prepare annual and quarterly branch budgets and projections in coordination with Finance Manager.
-Assist in the development and maintenance of loan projections.
-Represent Ryada at different forums in the branch operation area
-Facilitate periodic branch audits by internal and external auditors.
-Understand and know Ryada products, policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
-BA in finance, accounting. Business administration or any other financial degree. MBA is a plus
-At least 5 years experience in management/financial positions previous experience with Microfinance is a plus.
-Has organized, systematic leadership and analytical skills.
-Willing to travel extensively to the clients on regular basis.
-Excellent computer skills
-Valid driving licence
