1-Perform BSS network operation and maintenance activities (BSC/TRC, OSS).
2-Perform routine backups (CP, AP, ALOG, and CLOG, OSS).
3-Participate in all planned and unplanned activities.
4-Maintain the KPI’s as agreed with the vendors.
5-Perform all the required acceptance tests.
6-Troubleshooting.
7-Fault escalation to BSS team leader.
8-Software rollout and level consistency checks for BSC.
9-Being 24/7/365 On call.
10-BTS software testing.
11-New RBS site check.
12-New features testing and implementation.
13-Adherence to processes.
14-Reporting all O&M activities to the Team leader.
15-Perform implementation of any modifications on the plan as a required from planning.
16-Perform the daily, weekly, and monthly routine health check.
17-Insure the quality of work delivered .
18-Good knowledge of using OSS.
