BA HR is recruiting a Business Support System (BSS) Operations Engineer to join the IT Department Team in a leading Services Company, located in Ramallah, Palestine.

Type of Contract: Full-time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Fulfill operational requests from the technical and business teams, and provide support when necessary.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues.
Perform system health checks and reconciliation operations.
Ensure that business support systems are up and operational 24/7.
Other tasks might be assigned.

Special Requirements & Skills:

Knowledge in OS Administration operations (Windows/Unix).
Good experience in application server infrastructure hosting (IIS, Tomcat, Apache …etc.)
Good experience in web services administration, deployment, and monitoring.
Knowledge in most common programming languages (Java, JavaScript, .Net ...etc.).
Excellent knowledge in DB SQL languages (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL).
Good knowledge of IT Security standards.
Teamwork, communication, reporting, information analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and quality Focus Skills
Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends.
Good problem-solving skills.
