LOCATION

Al Masayef, Mikkawi Bldg. floor 3, Ramallah, Palestine Registry of Ramallah, Palestine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements.
2. Analyzing data such as results, and forecasts
3. Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
4. Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
5. Creating functional specifications for solutions.
6. Estimating costs and identifying business savings.
7. Simplifying information so it is easily understood by the whole team.
8. Implementing and testing solutions.
9. Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• BS Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related subject
• Minimum 3  years experience in a similar position in business analysis especially in software development, experience in the healthcare industry is a huge plus.
• The ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions.
• The ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges.
• The ability to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received is essential.
• the ability to create documents such as use cases and business requirement documents.
• Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes, which is a business analyst's primary role.
•  Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills -in English and Arabic - with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
• This position requires a certain level of mobility to different company sites & client locations.
