Role Overview: As a Business Consultant, you will lead and mobilize junior team members to perform design consultancy interventions and monitor ongoing assignments. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, leadership, dedication, and strategic delegation. Most notably, the role is naturally adaptive to varying sectoral needs and stakeholder involvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of consultancy interventions in line with collaborative efforts and defined objectives.
• Participate and contribute to the design of methodological components in new consultancy projects.
• Supervise junior team members, outsourced subject-matter experts, and freelancers throughout assignment implementation.
• Draft data-driven reports and deliver presentations in both English and Arabic, tailored to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders.
• Manager customer relations through consistent communication and active engagement.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration to align strategies and drive the successful execution of client assignments.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. A master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with a demonstrated track record in a consulting or business analysis role.
• Strong professional writing skills for report and proposal development in English and Arabic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to thrive in a team-oriented work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, AI tools, and basic design tools.
