Brief about Company:
City Grand Mall is a new company in Palestine which aimed to administrate and manage; one of its projects is the city Grand mall which is under construction located in the center of Ramallah City. The mall will contain many branded shops, coffee shops, restaurants, entertaining places and many other new places in the country.
Business developer
Job Objective:
Coordinate and develop the investment company's business, propose opportunities for investment, develop future deployment plans, and oversee the management of franchise.
Job specifications:
Oversee the implementation of plans and programs set for investment and work on using the company's resources in a manner that ensures the achievement of its objectives
Searching for new opportunities for the development of business and investment
Supervising the studies and trends of the market, the periodic preparation and follow-up implementation of recommendations relating to the opening of new branches of the company
Supervising and ensuring the continuity of modernization on the development of the company's various services
Supervising the development of the training plan for staff and ensure its implementation in coordination with human resources.
Participate in the organization of agreements or contracts for new investments
Supervising the internal policies of the company and ensuring its implementation.
Supervising the employment issues for the company's branches and departments.
Developing methodological methods to develop sources of research for investment and the needs of the company
Participate in the meetings that are held in respect of any disputes between the company and the investor or any client or employee in the company.
Supervise the saving of records, correspondence and documents of the company effectively to refer to them when needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or business administration, master degree is preferable
- Experience of not less than 5 years in the field of supervisory and administrative function
- Ability to research, analysis and planning
- To have excellent administrative and leadership qualities
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English
- Computer skills
- Ability to work and deal with the spirit of one team
- Work under pressure
- strong personality
- Valid driving license.
