Position: Business Development Department Officer.

Location: Ramallah.

Contract: one year with the possibility of extension.

Job Summary

The Business Development Department Officer supports the business development team in identifying growth opportunities and managing potential partner relationships. The position also facilitates Department Work. This position involves coordinating projects, managing schedules, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination & Oversight: Assist in the coordination and management of multiple business development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to goals and budgets. This includes proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  •   Data Management & Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive databases of leads, contacts, and business opportunities. Analyze data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  •    Communication & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal teams and external partners. Proactively build and nurture relationships to foster collaboration and secure new business opportunities.
  •    Reporting & Presentation: Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior management on business development activities, performance metrics, and market trends, offering strategic recommendations based on analysis.
  •   Scheduling & Event Management: Manage complex calendars for senior business development team members, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and partner visits, ensuring optimal time utilization.
  •    Administrative Support & Process Improvement: Provide advanced administrative support to the business development team, including preparing complex documents, managing correspondence, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  •  Assist with system(s) and solutions implementation.
  • Manager other tasks/ projects developed as requested by management.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
  •  Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a business development or marketing environment.
  •  Proven IT/ System Implementation experience is preferable.
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication abilities both in English and Arabic.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). G- -Suite, ERP Systems, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
