Responsibilities:

-Drives sales by developing effective business development plans and executing focused activity programs to deliver agreed targets.
-Ensure critical planning and implementation of visibility programs and.
-Negotiations, relationship management, strategizing, project feasibility, project risk analysis, projecting profits, budgeting, market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

-Should possess minimum 7 – 10 years experience in a similar Group environment
-Leadership: team management, motivational skills
-Interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to deliver under pressure, decision making and ability to adhere to tight time frames.
-Goal oriented, negotiation, networking, communication, creative problem solving and analytical skills.
-Computer related skills – MS Office applications and internet usage.
