Business Development Manager

1. Lead the business development function for the Company.
2. Responsible for the management of a sustainable investment portfolio/pipeline.
3. Build a strong business development team that can create a distinctive investment portfolio to meet Company’s targets, mainly PPP Projects
4. Ensure a timely availability of all market and business studies, in addition to other required marketing material, for existing and prospective business opportunities.
5. Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors.
6. Manages key client relationships and works to build new ones.

1. Business Administration, Engineering, or other relevant University degree; MBA a plus.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a managerial Business Development position.
3. Strong financial management and investment appraisal skills.
4. Experience in the initiation, negotiation, and implementation of projects under PPP framework.
5. Strong knowledge about Palestine’s business sectors with a focus on real estate, infrastructure, industrial sectors.
6. Provides reference of ten strong and large-scale business development projects.
7. Able to present and discuss actual success stories with similar attributes to the work requirements of the posted job.
