FIS is a leading IT and Business solutions firm based in Ramallah that has been providing a blend of technology solutions to the local market for over 25 years.

We are currently looking to recruit a Technical Business Development Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Ramallah.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in collaboration with the presales team.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Propose new products or services that meet customer demands.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with the presales team to deliver detailed technical presentations.
  • Coordinate with support and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
  • Use CRM tools to manage client information and sales pipelines.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • General knowledge of technology is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology sector.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Personal Attributes:

  • Dynamic and proactive personality.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions.

Additional Notes:

  • Professional certifications in sales or marketing are an advantage.
  • Understanding of computer hardware, software, and information security products is beneficial.
