About The Role:
As a Business Development Officer, your main responsibility is to drive growth and create new business opportunities for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients and business partners.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and target markets.
- Developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry contacts.
- Negotiating and closing business deals, contracts, and partnerships.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to develop and execute business initiatives.
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Participating in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to promote the company and build a strong professional network.
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, progress, and results.
- Continuously learning and staying updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Proven experience with 3+ years as a business development officer or similar role.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Detail-oriented.
