Cairo Amman Bank/Budgeting and Financial Planning Officer

Cairo Amman Bank is one of the leading finanical instituations in the banking sector with management offices in located in Ramallah is seeking to hire a Budgeting and Financial Planning Officer ,based on the following requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
1-Performing comprehensive analysis,forecasting and planning within department and the organization.
2-Analyze monthly and historical performance including attribution analysis of various asset classes for internal management reporting.
3-Collaborating with senior management to provide accurate and timely financial reporting.
4-Managing the preparation of annual budget and monthly budget variance reports .
5-Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required .
6-To provide input and challenge the organization financial strategy and complete detailed plans for annual business plans.
7-Advice management on revenue and profit maximization and assesment of emerging trends and issues.
8-Analyze and reconcile data as part of an oversight role to make sure forecast/budget work streams are running smoothly.
9-Managing the preparation of trend analysis and competitive analytical reports.
10-Develop and maintain relationship with various departments and external auditors.
Qualifications :
1- University Degree in Accounting ,Finance,or any related field MBA and /or any professional certificates are a plus.
2-Minimum three years of experience in Financial analysis or any related fields.
3-Excellent of command of written and spoken English.
4-Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.
5-Ability to work in a eam and under pressure.
6-Strong communication,pesenation and leadership skills.
7-Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
8-Position is based in Ramallah.
