Call Center Supervisor
Arab Company for Restaurants and Fast Food (ACRFF) located in Ramallah is looking for qualified and motivated Call Center Supervisor. We seek candidates with experience in Call Center Operations and customer care Managements.
Main duties and responsibilities include but not limited to
-Determines call center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning and cost benefit analysis.
-Identifies and evaluates needed technologies and voice systems,
-Maintains and improves call center operations and delivers performance reports,
-Meets call center financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing annual budget and scheduling expenditure,
-Maintains equipment by evaluating and installing equipment,
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Business administration, marketing or relevant fields,
-Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar operational positions,
-Customer focus and service,
-People’s skills and management,
-High proficiency in both English and Arabic writing,
-Excellent Presentation and communications skills,
-Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions and attention to details,
-Understanding and managing processes.
