Employment Opportunity for Call Centre and Data Entry Clerk

OFFTEC Palestine, part of OFFTEC Holding Group is a regional business, technology and loyalty services and solutions company that is committed to providing optimal solutions and to delivering innovative ventures and now is offering an opportunity for a Call Centre and Data Entry Clerk.

Requirements:
-University Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
-Good command of English (oral/written).
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Can work under pressure and can meet deadlines.
-Being able to communicate information accurately.
-Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
-Good customer service skills
-Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and working hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Receive and process incoming and outgoing calls.
-Store and retrieve data on computers.
-Connect calls to the required extension.
-Provide information to customers who call and assist clients or refer them to appropriate contacts.
-Carry out other clerical, secretarial, and receptionist duties as required.
-Ensure all databases are complete and accurate
-Maintain complete secrecy.
